Ingredients
2 oz. fresh coriander or mint leaves
2 green chillis
2 potatoes
juice of 1 lemon
Salt to taste
Method
Mince leaves finely with the green chilis. Peel, boil and mash the potatoes and add to the coriander and chilis along with the lemon juice and salt to taste. Alternatively, put all the ingredients in a blender.
