Imli Ki Chutney


Imli Ki Chutney recipe by Zarnak Sidhwa. This delightful Ramadan Recipes recipe of Imli Ki Chutney can be ready in approximately 30 Minutes and good to serve around 2-4 People. Follow all the steps recommended by Chef to get a perfect dish.
Ingredients
Tamarind 250gm
Jaggery 250gm
Red chili powder 1 tbsp
Dry ginger powder 1 tsp
Cumin powder 1 tsp
Salt 1 tsp
Sugar 2-3 tbsp
Method
Soak tamarind in 4-5 cups of water and squeeze out all the pulp. Put ina clean pan with the jaggery, red chili powder, ground dry ginger,cumin powder, salt and sugar and let cook till thick. Strain through asieve and bottle when cool.
