Oil to fry
Salt ½ tsp
Cottage Cheese 200 gm
Corn ½ cup
Gram flour 2 cup
Green chilies 4
Onion 1
Green coriander 2 tbsp
Raw mango powder 1 tsp
Cumin seeds 1 tsp
Coriander seeds 1 tsp
Red chili flakes 2 tsp
Potatoes 1
Carom seeds a pinch
Soda bi carbonate a pinch
Salt ½ tsp

MethodMix 2 cup gram flour with water. Add in 1 chopped potato, ½ cup corn, 4 green chilies, 1 chopped onion, 2 tbsp green coriander, 1 tsp cumin seeds, 1 tsp coriander seeds, 2 tsp red chili flakes, a pinch of carom seeds, a pinch of soda bi carbonate and ½ tsp salt. Mix everything. Heat the oil and make the pokoras with hand. Deep fry them till golden brown. |
