Ingredients
Degi red chilies 6
White vinegar few drops
White cumin seeds 1 tbsp
Garlic 6 cloves
Coriander seeds 1 tbsp
Olive oil as required
Salt to taste

For sweet chutney:
Mint leaves 1 bunch
Green chilies 4
Red chilies 6
Garlic 6 cloves
Tamarind paste ½ cup
Sugar 2 tbsp
Salt to taste
White vinegar few drops
White cumin seeds 1 tbsp
Garlic 6 cloves
Coriander seeds 1 tbsp
Olive oil as required

For sweet chutney:
Mint leaves 1 bunch
Green chilies 4
Red chilies 6
Garlic 6 cloves
Tamarind paste ½ cup
Sugar 2 tbsp
Salt to taste
Method
Take degi red chilies along with some water and few drops of vinegar. Boil it. Then blend boiled degi red chilies, garlic cloves, 1 tbsp white cumin and 1 tbsp coriander seeds together in the blender. Take 2 tbsp oil in the pan and add in the blended chutney in the frying pan. Add in some salt and lemon juice. Saute it and remove it from the pan. Spicy chutney is ready.
For sweet chutney:
Take 1 bunch mint leaves, 6 garlic cloves, 6 whole red chilies and 4 green chilies in the blender and blend it together. Add in some salt and mix it. Now cook half cup tamarind paste with 2 tbsp sugar in it. Then add in the tamarind paste in the prepared sweet chutney. Sweet chutney is ready to serve
